I prepared a rendition last night of the roasted squash and green onions recipe from Alabama Studio Style and it was delicious! I used baby vidalias with shoots still attatched and small new potatoes that I got at Jack-O-Lantern farms. Also made the warm goat cheese salad....very yummy as well. The weather was perfect in North Alabama yesterday for dining on the porch with friends and enjoying a glass of wine....or two! Thanks so much for the recipes and endless inspiration.
